Salad. Again. Partially because I haven't read past the first three chapters of the book so I don't know a whole lot about what I can and can't eat, and I know that salad is a safe carb for South beach. Also bought goodies at Austin Parker, ranging from nuts and granola to bean soup mix and veggie soup mix, oh and hummus.... mmmmm. And a cool Namaste sticker. Cuz I deserve a 99 cent sticker for eating all these weeds. Btw, chef's salad brought to mjj by Eco Espresso Cafe in Princeton, Illinois, formerly owned and operated by my good friend Amethyst. With Tomato Basil Vinigrette.... mmmm.
~~*~Namaste~*~~
(I bow to the salad within you) .... just kidding.

That salad looks pretty awesome. I honestly wouldn't mind eating stuff like that every day for lunch. It's the freshness thats the most important, I sometimes have to eat pre-packaged salads or sandwiches, and I hate it. Fresh makes all the difference, as does good ingredients.
Mmmm, I really want a (fresh!)salad right now.
