Am I annoying you?

Too bad.

GW Signed a law that makes it illegal to "annoy" someone online.

The text is as follows:

"Whoever...utilizes any device or software that can be used to originate
telecommunications or other types of communications that are transmitted, in
whole or in part, by the Internet... without disclosing his identity and with
intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any person...who receives the
communications...shall be fined under title 18 or imprisoned not more than two
years, or both."

Basically that translates to posting a message online (as in blogging) or sending someone an email without revealing your identity, with your intent being to annoy that person. Now GW, please please please define "annoy" for us. Is this annoy as in "what you are saying is annoying to me because I don't believe what you believe" or are we taking this to the Cindy Sheehan level of annoy? Good bye Freedom of Speech!
