My blog had some major technical issues realating to an apparently inherant bug in their template format, as explained to me by one for their techs. It took me 3 weeks of harassing them to finally even talk to a human being, and then another further week for them to tell me that simply changing my template and republishing the entire blog would solve the problem. They certainly have the WORST customer service.
