You (yes YOU!) are not invisible!

Zero Comments. Story of my life. It amazes me how many people are out there reading - I have stat counter, I can see you. I can see your city, your state, your Internet Service Provider, the company you work for (if you are at work) and your IP address. Then I can do a reverse lookup on your IP address and find out all kinds of goodies about you. I can tell how long you stayed on each posting, How you got to my blog, and what page you looked at last before you left the blog. I can tell how many times you have been here before and how long you have spent here total.

So you think I don’t see you, but I do! So comment damn it! Comment! Comment right now on THIS POST. I know you are out there. You can’t hide from me! YOU ARE NOT INVISIBLE! I can start naming names if you want. Bryce. Jackson. I know you are both silent lurkers. COMMENT DAMN YOU!

Geez, you probably think I'm a stalker if you check how often I visit ;) Your blog gives me a piece of reality and entertainment ... with 2 small children running rampid in my home, I tend to frequent my computer!

P.S. I'm so way jealous of your scrapbook room!

  8. Well, that worked pretty well! I've been AWOL for a while, as your logs should attest. Today marks the official start of my cyber-sabbatical, and I'm tying up loose ends here and there. Our daughter, Nike, is coming home from Toronto next week and I plan to enjoy every minute with her while I can! In the meantime, my house doesn't look near as fabulous as yours, so I'm taking a 'Net break to get my act together in time for the holidays.

Fabulous new blog design -- kudos to Baby Jane and company. Happy Belated Birthday to you & Evan, too! We've got two of our own (including mine :) coming up the week of Christmas so plenty of reason to celebrate around here!

Sounds like the giraffe talk backfired on the jackal -- not an uncommon phenom, really. It takes many moons to reach a critical point in communication, and it may take just as long to learn how to practice compassion in the heat of such a passionate relationship. You can always hold out for cooperation like you did for that engagement ring, but men don't usually respond so well to being cut off _after_ they're married :P I got much more response from my rhino when I began to see beyond my own needs to recognize his -- they're really not as different as they appear. Keep the faith, hope, and most of all ~ Love, Penne
